A paid inclusion in directories or on SERPs. The paid listings on search engine result pages SERPs are working on an auction base like Google's AdWords where advertisers try to outbid their competitors for certain keywords related to their business or topic. In Google's SERPs, paid listings appear on the right side and first positions in the top with a yellowish background.
